Inspired by the Maharajas during their hunting expeditions & battle campaigns, the accommodations at Bagh Villas are a tasteful blend of the traditional Jodhpuri Shikar design and the expansive, contemporary touch of an African safari camp. We have 2 categories of accommodations – Tented Suites and Lakeside Cottages. Our tents and cottages are spacious yet intimate, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bamboo shower, double-vanity wash basins, and a private lakeside verandah deck.

Tented Suites

Encircled by lush forests, our tented suites blend into their tranquil surroundings and are inspired by the rustic allure of the tents used by the Maharajas during their hunting expeditions and battle campaigns. Pitched on elevated wooden platforms, each of our well-appointed tented suites run along a breathtaking lake and offer an immersive experience in this remarkable part of Central India’s jungles.

Equipped with thermal and sound insulation, our spacious suites stretch from back to front with a large lakeside verandah to a plush en-suite bathroom featuring a bamboo shower and double-vanity wash basins. Constructed using primarily recycled wood, metal and bamboo, our tented suites embody our commitment and vision towards sustainable and eco-friendly tourism.

Lakeside Cottage

We also have 2 lakeside cottages with adjoining verandahs. Secluded in a quiet corner at the edge of our camp overlooking a private lake, our lakeside cottages are ideal for a family of four or two couples travelling together. Both bedrooms in the lakeside cottage are spacious yet intimate, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms featuring a bamboo shower, double-vanity wash basins, private lakeside verandah decks, and attached pantries. Ideal for evening sit outs with a bonfire available upon request, spend an evening in the privacy of your lakeside cottage’s verandah stargazing or observing the wildlife and birdlife the lake attracts to this quaint corner of our camp.
