Mayuresh Joshi

Mayuresh has always been drawn to the beauty and complexity of the wild, the defining moment being a tiger sighting at the age of 8. Having worked closely with the forest department in the rescue and rehabilitation of wild animals, birds and reptiles, Mayuresh has spent most of his career as a naturalist in the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, Maharashtra’s oldest National Park, as well as in Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve. He has also developed and conducted environmental educational programs for public outreach, giving him a unique perspective on human-animal interactions and fragile ecosystems, helping him create a compelling narrative for conservation.
